What is in TranquilityPLUS?

Will TranquilityPLUS alleviate all of my anxiety?
Unfortunately, no. Anxiety is a natural self-defense mechanism, and an important part of survival. Thus, a natural level of anxiety is necessary. TranquilityPLUS is intended to alleviate excessive stress and anxiety in order for you to enjoy normal, healthy social interaction without excessive fear and anxiety.

How much do I take?
Each bottle of TranquilityPLUS includes 120 tablets of the formula, a two month supply. For best results, we recommend that you take two tablets per day, with a meal.

How long should I take the product?
You can safely take TranquilityPLUS for as long as necessary. However, as most people do not wish to take pills or tablets for anxiety for any longer than necessary, we recommend that you set a period of six months for your goal in discontinuing use of the product. I am pregnant - can I take TranquilityPLUS?
While herbs have been successfully used for the treatment of depression in pregnancy, we do not recommend that you take this particular product if you are pregnant. TranquilityPLUS contains a relatively high quantity of St. John's Wort, an herb whose use most herbalist do not recommend during pregnancy.

My child is very shy - can this product help him or her?
We do not recommend this product of children. Cognitive-behavioral therapy for shyness is particularly effective in children, so we recommend you consult with a licensed child psychologist for the best treatment approach for your children.

Is this product safe? What about side-effects?
